  1. All our products are handcrafted and may have minor irregularities, which are not defects but a hallmark of handloom weaving.
  2. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  1. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full address and mobile number verification is required before dispatch.
  3. All prices are in INR (₹) unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship across India and internationally.
  2. Standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  3. Free international shipping is available for orders above ₹75,000.

5. Return & Refund

  1. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  2. To be eligible for a return, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

6. User Account & Privacy

  1. When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
  2. Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
