At Ikkat Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is handwoven with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only incorrect items received.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized orders or products with fall & pico done.
- Minor color variation due to photography or screen display.
- Handloom irregularities are part of the weave and not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
- WhatsApp us at 9014233049 with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and confirm your return request within 24-48 hours.
Refunds
- Once the return is approved and product received back, a full refund or store credit will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, bank details will be required for refund.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
International Orders
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless the item is damaged in transit. All international sales are final.
